Shipping Details
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are processed. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled, depending on sale volumes.
Please refer to carrier estimated delivery dates for most accurate date of arrival.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please verify that you have entered the correct address upon checkout. We are not held responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address and no refunds will be issued.
Stolen/Missing Packages:
If you think your package has been lost in transit please email us at help@shopthehiddengem.com Please be aware that USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we are able to file a claim for the missing package.
We are not held responsible for stolen packages.
If the shipping carrier marks your order as delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your stolen package.
We are not responsible for any delays made by USPS or UPS and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their estimated shipping dates provided. Please contact them for any inquiries.
